Is it possible to go to Singapore from India by road?

Yes, you are in luck. Effective November 2015, this journey became much easier with the opening of India-Myanmar-Thailand Trilateral Highway. The travel times are Google Maps estimates. They will vary based on the breaks you take, the off-road journeys you encounter, the traffic you get stuck in and the wonderful people you meet along the way.
1. India: New Delhi-Agra-Kanpur-Silguri (23 hours). The narrow Siliguri Corridor is called the Chicken's Neck.

2. India - Thailand (via Myanmar): Silguri-Guwahati-Moreh-Amrapura-Naypyitaw-Bago-Myawaddy (38 hours). From Moreh, Manipur, the road is a strategic agreement between the three governments to operationalize the India-Myanmar-Thailand Trilateral Highway, a 3200 km strectch aimed at regional cooperation. India-Myanmar-Thailand superhighway set to open in November | Daily News & Analysis
