The iPhone X has 3000MB of RAM, which is marketed as 3GB of RAM. As per the new conversion rates this much is indeed 3GB as said.
This difference comes from the fact that marketers nowadays don’t use the metric measurements, since using lower amount of circuitry reduces the cost of manufacturing.
And so, while 3GB of should actually amount to 3072 MBs, it actually is 3000 MBs which is still 3GB, but from the marketing point of view.
